Mini Review: Fallout New Vegas
Overall, I still highly recommend this if you like FPS-style-RPGs or like the Wasteland/Fallout universe. Available on Amazon (PC, PS3, XboX)
Home brew: Dunkle ApfelweinJust finished getting my first go at Apfelwein (German Apple Wine.. basically Cider)... super easy to make, just grab 5 gallons of Apple Juice (100% juice, no additive stuff..), add some sugar to it to up-proof it.. add yeast.. wait 3-4 months.. I'm calling this possibly a Dunkle Apfelwein, because I added brown sugar to it, giving it a darker tint (normally it'd just be the typical light-golden of apple juice). OG: 1.076 @ 65F If I get around a 75% apparent attenuation, then it'll come out around 7-8% ABV.. YUM!
IS-2 Ale, 4 weeksIS-2 Ale, on New Years Eve (Bottle conditioned for approximately 4 weeks). Weighs in at 9.1% ABV, has a pretty good taste to it, great head, and almost the perfect color I was aiming for (see the other Color test photo to get a better idea of it).

Meanwhile... In Florida...Taken in downtown Gainesville, Florida at 11am.. So the sun has even had several hours to come out and warm the place some. It was just around 2C outside when this photo was taken. Just goes to prove, it -can- get cold in Florida.
