A few of our favorite (American) directors: Sam Raimi, Eli Roth, and Quentin Tarantino, and a whole bunch of other Hollywooders (like Sid Haig, Daeg Faerch and more) were found on MTV.com discussing important matters like How to Survive A Zombie Attack.
It's mostly stuff you probably already know, like "Don't count on sharks to protect you", of course citing the infamous scene from Fulci's "Zombi 2".... I'm really beginning to think that no zombie conversation is complete without mention of that scene...
The LifeBoat foundation, a group that
"
is a nonprofit nongovernmental organization dedicated to encouraging scientific advancements while helping humanity survive existential risks and possible misuse of increasingly powerful technologies, including genetic engineering, nanotechnology, and robotics/AI, as we move towards a technological singularity.
"
Is currently seeking donations to help enable some of their members travel to the US Navy's Strategic Studies Group that is taking place Nov 6th. One of the scientists involved with the SSG has actually taken the time to ask that members of the LifeBoat Foundation participate:
"
[The SSG] would appreciate the opportunity to gain insights into the activities of the Lifeboat Foundation and have discussion about different programs you have to help "safeguard humanity." We are especially interested in how you identify and mitigate risks associated with future technological developments."
In short..they need money.. are a registered Non-Profit (so you can write it off your US Taxes) and it seems like a good related cause.
The game itself is a isometric (non-tile based) action shooter, reminds me a small amount of games like Dungeon Seige. The gimmick? You have 4 arms and can attack with all of them.

Mutant is third person 3D shooter. The main hero is able to use several special abilities where most significant one is presence of two more hands that are placed in two hollows in his jacket directly under the arms. Mutant can hold different guns in different hands and he can fire to different targets at once. The player can control one of the hands or several hands at once while they aim to common target. Other hands are automatically seeking space around Mutant for any enemy. "
The translation to English doesn't carry as well, but here's a comment from the YouTube video (below) that clarifies it a bit:
"There is a cross in the upper segment of the screen. You can select one ore more hands so these hands aim at the point where the cross is. If you fire, all selected hands fire.
Unselected arms are automaticaly seeking the space around the Mutant and when any enemy is near enough (in fire range) then they start to fire.

Everyone's favorite Post-Apoc film franchise, Mad Max of course, is looking like it might pull off the fourth installment after all..
Hopefully there won't be any more delays.. I want more Mad Max!
MovieHole.net some informative tidbits like this:
After several false starts, one major budget blowout and a thrillion chuckles, George Miller’s “Mad Max 4 : Fury Road” is finally juiced and ready to go. Its production quarters re-opened at Fox Studios in Sydney this week.
One of Moviehole’s longest - not as in length (well not that we know of) but in terms of how good he has been to us over the years (setting up set visits.. basically giving us access to things we normally couldn’t have gotten) – friends called today from the lot to let us know that “Fury Road” has finally got a greenlight, with pre-production commencing immediately.
It sounds as if Miller will be working on this film, and “Justice League” concurrently – the latter is also set up at Fox Studios – as well as…. “Happy Feet 2”.
