Official Blurb:
Go ahead, take out all your frustrations on the undead. After all, it won’t hurt them! Whack-a-Zombie combines a love for our favorite brain-snacking monsters and the universal need to reduce stress. The creepy desktop accessory bop bag keeps on coming back for more, and the 32-page book provides a mini encyclopedia on everything zombie, including the best in zombie cinema. What better way to celebrate Halloween than with this classically frightful creature by your side?

Review:
This is a pretty neat idea, and makes for one of those little office de-stress toys you might have at your work office desk that in practice doesn't get much use.

The package itself includes an inflatable plastic zombie-print punch bag that stands about 6 inches (15 cm) tall. The manufacture seems pretty decent; it appears made of the same sort of thing you find beach balls constructed of.

Also included is a small 32 page 'book' with various zombie facts and some book and movie recommendations. Some of the recommendations are pretty good, like 'World War Z', but some are also pretty bad, like the recommendation for the film Vampires vs Zombies'. Overall it's a complete hit/miss factor for them, and either the author really liked some of them, or they just Google searched for a short list.

The book itself only contains very basic information about zombies, so anyone that would actually read this review likely knows everything in the book already. As such, the 'mini encyclopedia' will probably never see much daylight for most of us.

From a strictly Zombie Survival / Preparedness standpoint, the manufacturer encourages you to use the Zombie punchbag to train for the zombie apocalypse. I guess it was an oversight on their part that trying to punch real zombies would be a very very bad idea.. I mean you're just sorta offering your fist like a buffet if you put it near a zombie mouth... well.. unless you're Matool from 'The Stink of Flesh'.

What I liked:
- Nifty, unique, desktop ornament toy for work or your home office

What I didn't like:
- The included book is fairly useless for anyone beyond a Zombie Novice.
- If you recess the inflation plug on the punch-bag, anything more then a firm tap will prevent it from bouncing back.

Final Scoring:

3.0 Zombie Heads of a possible 5 Zombie Heads

Personal Recommendation: Neat desktop toy for the price

Availablity:
  Local book retailers
