Oregon Live as a neat little tongue-in-cheek article titled "A&E Cover Story: Everything we know about surviving the apocalypse we learned at the movies". They run over a good list of general post-apoc film types (including Zombie) and give a quick 'What we learned from it'..my favorite bit:
"If it weren't for "Waterworld," we'd have never thought to start hoarding cigarettes once it became clear that civilization wasn't coming back..."
