The Film is called 'The Vanguard', and the film maker cites an influence from 'The Omega Man'.. which I can sort of see from the trailer and synopsis (although it's really more like 'The Last Man on Earth' to me then 'The Omega Man'.. the differences are slight). Think Zombie movie, but they are more primitive and savage humans instead.
Pretty much all the stills look kinda cheesy.. but check out the trailer, it makes the movie look alot more interesting.
