Tom Hanks in Fahrenheit 451 remake? |

I think everyone is aware of the recent 'bout of older movie remakes, and Frank Darabont wants to redo a movie based on Ray Bradbury's 1953 novel "Fahrenheit 451". Mr Darbont might be able to pull it off since he's done other good movies like 'The Green Mile' and 'The Shawshank Redemption'. He's also did 'The Mist', but I haven't seen that one to judge yet..
Anyhow, according to MTv's MovieBlogs, Mr Darbont wants to get Tom Hanks to star as the lead, Guy Montag. Given Tom Hanks is a good actor (even though he's had some questionable roles), I think he could probably do it. And given that there is actual good talent on this, I alittle eager to see what comes of it.
According to IMDB, the remake is scheduled to hit around 2009.
